Classical Acupuncture was the primary medicine in Ancient China for thousands of years.

Traditionally, it was used to help people:

• prevent life from becoming a struggle against disease

• maintain their independence as they aged

• live without fear and anxiety, allowing them to experience life with joy, confidence, and freedom.

Classical Acupuncture was used in ancient China to maintain health, slow down the development of chronic illness, and reverse symptoms.

It’s important to understand that acupuncture treats conditions based on Chinese Medicine, which is different from Western Medicine diagnoses. For example, acupuncture can treat ‘Rebellious energy in the Lungs,’ but it doesn’t directly treat ‘Asthma.’

It’s recommended only to see your GP or specialist alongside acupuncture. Seeing multiple complementary health practitioners at the same time can reduce the effectiveness of your treatment. For the best results, it’s encouraged that you only work with Jordan during your treatment period.

Jordan works intimately with his clients for as long as required until they’re ready to be graduated. Each treatment is open-ended, offering limitless potential for transformation.”

When energy is not flowing efficiently in the body, it becomes blocked. Releasing these blockages with acupuncture needles can sometimes feel unpleasant or painful for a short period of time.

Acupuncture originally had 68 channels, as described in the ancient text, the Huang Di Nei Jing, which is the foundation of all acupuncture practiced today. These 68 channels were used to treat a wide range of illnesses, including chronic and emotional conditions. However, during the Song Dynasty (960 AD), the Imperial Academy reduced this system to just 12 channels, leaving out many important treatments.

The knowledge of the full 68-channel system was passed down orally, and Dr. Jeffrey Yuen, a highly respected acupuncturist, helped preserve it. In 1997, he brought this traditional practice back by teaching it at the Swedish Institute. Ann Cecil-Sterman, one of his longtime students, has worked to collect and share this knowledge. Together with Jordan, they are now working to bring this complete system of acupuncture to practitioners around the world, helping them treat chronic illness more effectively.
